Curriculum Vitae Summary

Dr. Massiha completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at LSU Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana and completed a Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery at New York University in New York City.

Dr. Massiha is an avid sculptor and uses this skill to produce more natural, artistic results. His ideas and innovations are published in numerous articles in the plastic surgery literature. He has been an invited lecturer at more than 50 seminars and congresses and is a clinical professor of plastic surgery at Louisiana State University (LSU) Medical School in New Orleans. He has trained many high-level cosmetic surgeons in New Orleans and around the country and world.

Dr. Massiha is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). He has been recognized for his contributions to the field of plastic surgery with numerous awards and honors. His memberships include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Association of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American College of Surgeons, Rhinoplasty Society, and Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and he served as the president of the Louisiana society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
